Staffordshire Mental Health Helpline

The Telephone Helpline Opened in November 2000, to provide support, information and advice to adults in Staffordshire with Mental Health concerns. The service opens from 7.00pm to 2.00am weekdays, 2.00pm to 2.00am weekends - everyday of the year. Outside of this time a message can be left which the call team will reply to within 24 hours.

Samaritans

You can talk to Samaritans at any time of the day or night. Volunteers offer support by responding to phone calls, emails and letters. Alternatively, you can often drop in to a branch to have a face to face meeting.
